DACBY is a recommerce platform focused on pre-owned tech products including gaming consoles, cameras, MacBooks, and iPhones. We source inventory directly from consumers, thoroughly test and refurbish every product, and resell them with a strong focus on trust, fair pricing, and customer experience.
India’s pre-owned electronics market is highly unorganized, with inconsistent quality and low trust. DACBY solves this through a principal-led model where we own the inventory, control refurbishment, and provide honest grading, warranty, and clear return policies.
The business is operationally driven — success depends on sourcing, pricing accuracy, refurbishment efficiency, and supply chain strength. Over the last 4 years, we’ve built deep expertise, supplier relationships, and category-level operational data that are difficult to replicate.
DACBY currently does ₹1.2 Cr in monthly sales and has grown 17% MoM consistently over the last 6 months.

FounderGot into Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur for CSE in 2019, but dropped out in 2020 to build DACBY full time. Since then, focused on building growing recommerce platforms for pre-owned tech. Later received the Ritesh Agarwal Fellowship along with ₹10L in grant.
Porush Jain
Co-FounderBuilt and scaled Sportskeeda into one of the world’s largest sports media platforms before its acquisition by Nazara Technologies. The company delivered a 100x return to investors, became the 8th largest sports website globally, and scaled to over $23M ARR.
