Maloy Das is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Shippin, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Solution Selling, and Pre-Sales & Post-Sales. He leads the company’s overall vision, strategy, and growth roadmap with a strong focus on business strategy, revenue generation, and operational excellence. He has worked with leading organizations such as Quess Corp. Ltd., HCL Infosystems Ltd., HDFC Bank Ltd., One97 Communications Ltd. (Paytm), and ACCA (India), managing key accounts across North-East & East India. At Shippin, Mr. Das drives expansion across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities, while overseeing fundraising, investor relations, and technology innovation to ensure sustainable growth with positive unit economics. He is credited with establishing strong stakeholder relationships, building scalable revenue models, and leveraging deep market insights to capture new business opportunities. Under his leadership, Shippin has built a strong reputation in last-mile hyperlocal logistics, Q-commerce solutions, and technology-driven delivery models, delivering excellence and innovation in the logistics ecosystem.
Annie Das
Co-Founder
Annie Das is the Co-founder & Chief Human Resources Officer of Shippin, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, driving talent management, and strengthening workforce development. With over 14 years of experience in Human Resource Management across government enterprises, hospitality, and logistics, she brings deep expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, labor law, and compliance. At Shippin, she has been instrumental in establishing robust HR frameworks, implementing best practices, and creating a culture of continuous learning and growth. She has led initiatives in recruitment, performance management, training & development, and employee welfare, ensuring that Shippin attracts, nurtures, and retains the right talent for long-term success. Before co-founding Shippin, Annie held leadership positions at Hotel Brahmaputra Ashok (an ITDC subsidiary), and NERAMAC Ltd. She has also contributed to policy development, grievance redressal, and workplace compliance, including serving as a senior member of the Internal Complaints Committee under the National Commission for Women. A postgraduate in Human Resource Management with further executive training from IIM Kolkata, Annie is also certified in Industrial & Labour Law, Training & Development, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Her holistic approach to HR has positioned Shippin as a preferred employer in the logistics industry, fostering an environment where people and business goals thrive together.
