Under his leadership, SMWT has built a trusted, end-to-end model — guiding patients from their first query through hospital selection, medical visa support, travel, treatment, and post-care — at zero cost to the patient, earning revenue purely through hospital commissions.

With a strong presence across African markets including Mauritius, Zambia, Kenya, Nigeria, and Zimbabwe, and expansion into the domestic Indian market, Nikhil has grown SMWT into a revenue-generating business facilitating patients every month across a network of 30+ major private hospitals. His model is built on two principles: speed and trust.

Nikhil now focuses on scaling patient acquisition through digital marketing, building a structured sales, query, and operations team, and establishing on-ground information centres in source countries offering online OPD consultations — driving SMWT toward becoming a leading name in India's fast-growing medical tourism sector.
