I mentor startup founders working in cybersecurity, OSINT, threat intelligence, privacy tools, and AI products. I help teams design their system architecture from scratch. This means taking a raw product idea and turning it into a clear technical plan that covers components, data flows, security boundaries, and how the system will scale, all before any code is written. My main focus is data, because this is where most young startups fail. I teach founders how to plan their data collection: which sources are worth pursuing, how to build pipelines that keep working over time, and how to stay within legal and ethical limits when gathering intelligence at scale. I also help teams clean up messy raw data and turn it into reliable, military grade assets through deduplication, enrichment, multilingual normalization, and solid quality checks. Beyond data, I advise founders on operational strategy: intelligence workflows, build or buy decisions, compliance with DPDP and data sovereignty rules, and roadmaps that fit regulated markets like defense and law enforcement.
