He represents the next generation of a family business background with nearly 30 years of promoter experience in civil, restoration, and heritage-related works through earlier proprietorship operations. Kapil is working to transform this experience into a professional, scalable, and technology-supported heritage conservation company. His vision is to preserve India’s forts, temples, havelis, monuments, palaces, and neglected traditional structures by combining skilled craftsmanship with modern documentation, structural assessment, project management, and sustainable conservation methods. He is also focused on creating local employment by training artisans and workers near project locations. Kapil aims to build Mudgal Heritage as a trusted conservation partner for government departments, institutions, tourism projects, and private heritage owners while protecting India’s cultural identity for future generations.
