I am a Finance Manager with 7+ years of experience working across startups, healthcare, and BPO sectors, helping businesses raise funds, optimize financial performance, and make data-driven strategic decisions.

Currently at Flamingo BPO Technology Solutions Ltd., I work directly with the MD, CEO, and Group CFO on strategic finance and fundraising initiatives. My responsibilities span preparing financial projections, valuation reports, investor decks, CMA reports, and detailed project reports, as well as managing daily and monthly MIS, center-wise & vertical-wise P&L tracking, and coordinating with banks for working capital and debt financing arrangements. I also analyze lender proposals from institutions like Yes Bank, Kotak, and Lendingkart to guide critical business decisions.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and am a CFA Level 1 Candidate, with ongoing training in Equity Research, Financial Modeling, and Valuation. I am also skilled in Advanced Excel, investor relations, and strategic planning.
