My professional journey began in the real estate industry as a Sales Trainee, where I was introduced to client interactions, property presentations, and the fundamentals of customer engagement.

As my career progressed, I expanded my experience into Human Resources and business operations, gaining exposure to recruitment, employee relations, stakeholder management, and organizational processes. These experiences strengthened my communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and understanding of business dynamics.

Having worked across both people and client-facing functions, I have developed a strong interest in Customer Engagement roles, business development, and premium customer experiences. I enjoy connecting with people, understanding their needs, and building meaningful professional relationships.
