I am Vikram Madhusudhan, Founder & CEO of Toyflix, a Bangalore-based toy subscription platform helping parents access age-appropriate developmental toys, STEM toys, books and premium ride-ons without buying every toy permanently.

Toyflix solves a real parenting problem: children outgrow toys quickly, parents spend heavily on toys used only for a short period, and homes get filled with clutter. Through our circular economy model, we rotate high-quality toys across families, making play more affordable, sustainable and development-focused.

Before founding Toyflix, I worked with organizations including Boeing India Pvt. Ltd. and TotalEnergies, which helped me build strong experience in operations, systems thinking and execution. At Toyflix, our focus is to create early childhood development infrastructure where children get fresh, engaging and milestone-relevant toys every month, while parents save money and reduce waste.

Toyflix currently serves families in Bangalore and is preparing for the next stage of growth through stronger customer acquisition, city-level expansion, Our long-term vision is to make quality developmental play accessible to every urban family in India.
