I have been working on 'Workplace Collaboration' since 2012. I used to do consulting, run Collaboration Quotient Assessments for Leaders, conduct Unconferences, sponsored by companies such as LinkedIn, Amazon, IndusInd Bank, JLL and many more, with Sr Leaders across industries to talk about topics related to 'Workplace Collaboration'. That's when I started studying Entrepreneurship at IIT Delhi and later AIC Banasthali and raised seed from Sr Leaders in my network to build KoSolve. MVP done in Aditya Birla, Sodexo, IndusInd Bank, Lloyd Insulations.
Reason I picked Collaborative Problem Solving as focus area because of the Collaboration Assessments I used to conduct wherein the results were indicating that Problem Solving in companies was at its weakest. "Team members sit next to each other but don't talk and solve problems, resulting in massive losses in customers, money and time!". Assessments also highlighted that members don't have a platform where they can collaborate and get visibility to their solutions! So created KoSolve that empowers members, leaders and organisations in fixing issues fast, gain momentum and have a repository of solutions.
