My name is Vishal Kumar, I'm from West champaran Bihar but lives in Noida Uttar Pradesh. I have completed my post graduation in HR management last year from Lloyd Business School Greater Noida, i have experience of 1.5 yrs in talant aquisition and recruitment.
Where I had roles and responsibilities are to screening the resume, scheduling the interview, onboarding process, documentation, and employee engagement, Currently, ​I am looking for an opportunity where I can be a true partner to the workforce. My goal is to help an organization attract top-tier talent while simultaneously building a workplace culture where that talent wants to stay.
