Currently, I serve as Director – Commercial Sales (UK & Europe) at Freshworks, where I own $10M+ ARR and manage a $30M+ active pipeline, leading a 15-member sales organization across SMB and mid-market segments. I built Freshworks’ outbound engine from scratch, scaling quarterly outbound bookings from $0.3M to $1.5M within 9 months, and increasing outbound contribution from ~15% to 35%.

Before Freshworks, I spent 6+ years at Amazon as Senior Category Lead – Global Selling, where I led India’s Softlines export business and scaled exports from ~$10M to $100M+ annually. I onboarded 200+ manufacturers and government-backed brands to Amazon US/EU, launched new private-label and D2C initiatives, and built data-driven pricing and selection strategies that improved gross margins by ~33%. I also managed GTM execution across North America, UK, and Europe by tailoring strategies for each market and aligning cross-functional teams across logistics, marketing, and content.
