I am the Founder & Director of a growing mass-market FMCG haircare brand focused on building scalable, consumer-first personal care products in India. I started the business as a sole proprietorship, where I was deeply involved in product development, pricing, marketing, and customer acquisition. This hands-on phase helped me build a strong understanding of consumer behavior and create products designed for everyday use at accessible price points.
As the brand gained consistent market traction and revenue, we transitioned into a Private Limited company to support scale, governance, and long-term growth. Today, the business is built on core FMCG principles—repeat consumption, smart pricing, modern branding, and disciplined execution. Our formulations are naturally inspired and consciously avoid artificial colors and synthetic fragrances.
My current focus is on expanding distribution, strengthening brand recall, and building a sustainable, long-term consumer brand in the Indian haircare market.
