Shantanu Bhattacharya is the MD & CEO of Blu Cocoon Digital Limited (BCD). He was initially appointed as a director on January 8, 2020, and was redesignated as Managing Director effective April 1, 2024. Shantanu earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995, followed by a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI University in 2004. He completed a Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow in 2012 and obtained a certification in Corporate Law in 2015. His career primarily spans the technology and IT services industry. The roles involved product management, sales, and market expansion within companies that provide technological solutions, electronic components, and enterprise solutions. With 30 years of extensive industry experience, he has demonstrated versatility in roles, including Strategic Business Unit (SBU) management, strategy formulation, business development, and alliances management. His leadership journey encompasses a range of responsibilities across esteemed organizations, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping robust business models. He has been instrumental in including BCD as part of the prestigious Stanford Seed Program.
