I bring over 9 years of experience in the Agri supply chain, with deep on-ground exposure across Agri inputs, farmer engagement, procurement, distribution, and market linkages. My professional journey includes extensive fieldwork and close collaboration with farmers, Agri retailers, distributors, and ecosystem stakeholders, giving me a strong understanding of grassroots challenges, pricing inefficiencies, and supply chain gaps in Indian agriculture.
I have 3 years of leadership experience with Gramik formerly known as Agri Junction, where I contributed to strategic planning, operational execution, and Agri supply chain coordination. My role involved strengthening farmer–market connections, improving operational processes, and supporting scalable agri-business models, while developing strong capabilities in stakeholder management and execution-driven strategy.
Currently, as Founder & CEO of Sarath Agro Industries, I am focused on building scalable, technology-driven, and sustainable solutions across the agricultural value chain, bridging gaps between farmers, Agri retailers, distributors, and consumers, and enabling better price discovery, transparency, and long-term value creation.
