technology, preventive healthcare, ESG consultancy, and social entrepreneurship.
My journey began at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), where I served as Clinical Quality
Assurance Supervisor on HIV trials sponsored by the U.S. National Institutes of Health, U.S. FDA, and
PHRI-Canada. This foundation in rigorous clinical quality management shaped my approach to governance,
compliance, and risk oversight — principles I have carried into every leadership role since.
As CEO of AMCLIN INC (Delaware, USA), I lead business strategy consulting, SME funding through family
offices and private lenders, and ESG advisory services for growth-stage companies. Through AMCLIN
Technology (London), I built IoT-based remote health monitoring platforms — M-Assist and W-Assist — that
brought preventive health screening to tier-2 and tier-3 cities across India.
As Venture Partner at StartupLanes, I guide early-stage startups through fundraising, technology integration,
go-to-market strategy, and global expansion across India, the U.S., UK, GCC, and Africa.
