I’m Andrew Oluwaseun Oluwatuyi, a community manager with several years of experience building and scaling Web3, crypto, and tech communities. Based in Abuja, Nigeria, I specialize in turning low-engagement or early-stage communities into active, trusted spaces through consistent presence, clear communication, and people-first systems.
My Web3 journey began out of curiosity about decentralization and global collaboration. I started as a community member and learner, then transitioned into moderation, growth, and community leadership roles. I’ve worked with projects like ChiCha, VirgosApp, Lime Cat, Quint, and Catoff, managing communities across Telegram, Discord, and X. My work has included onboarding users, running AMAs and campaigns, executing Galxe and Zealy quests, coordinating moderators and ambassadors, and acting as a bridge between users and core teams.
At ChiCha, I supported a major growth sprint that helped onboard over 200,000 wallets and drive $5M+ in transactions by aligning community engagement with real product value. Across all my roles, I focus on empathy, structure, and long-term thinking.
