I am an entrepreneur and the Co-Founder & COO of Mommozi (SKS Food & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.), a quick service restaurant (QSR) brand focused on delivering fresh, hygienic and affordable momos for Tier 2 and Tier 3 India. At Mommozi, I primarily lead operations, growth and expansion strategy.
My work involves developing and managing the company’s central kitchen model, implementing SOP-driven outlet operations, building supply chains and vendor networks. Our goal is to create a brand that combines hygiene, affordability and healthier food choices while serving the large and underserved markets beyond metro cities.
Before starting Mommozi, I worked with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories for more than six years, where I gained valuable experience in operations management, sales execution and structured business processes. That experience helped me understand how scalable systems, discipline and operational efficiency play a crucial role in building sustainable businesses.
At Mommozi, our long-term vision is to make Mommozi a trusted food brand across India by making healthy, hygienic and affordable eating accessible to millions of people in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
