I am a 2nd Year Accounting and Finance Student at the University of Warwick. I have built a strong in equity research and venture capital over the past year as a result of the 2 externships I completed which have given me a thorough understanding in valuing both startups and public companies in the semiconductor and TMT sectors. Misunderstanding comes from recently completing a comprehensive analysis of Qorvo Inc’s $22 billion merger with Skyworks solutions I have a “skin in the game” mindset as I value long term corporate partnerships over transactional volume seen in traditional bulge bracket shops. My technical toolkit consists of advanced DCF modelling, precedent transaction benchmarking and M&A modelling, all executed with meticulous attention to detail. I possess the emotional intelligence and grit necessary to manage senior level clients and executive level deal flow. I am committed to the apprenticeship culture of banking, eager to contribute deep sector intellectual capital, whilst maintaining the highest standards of integrity and excellence in every mandate, I execute.
