I work at the intersection of luxury strategy, capability building, and ecosystem design, helping brands, founders, and institutions navigate India’s evolving luxury economy with clarity and intent. Most luxury conversations still focus on aspiration, visibility, and growth.
My work focuses on what sustains luxury over time: decision-making frameworks, cultural capital, governance, and execution capability.
Over the last decade, I have worked closely with global and Indian luxury brands, founders, educators, and leadership teams to address a recurring gap — ambition consistently outpacing preparedness. In complex categories such as luxury, hospitality, branded real estate, and experience-led businesses, success is rarely limited by demand. It is limited by capability.
Through Luxury Connect, Luxury Connect Business School (LCBS), and related initiatives, I have been involved in building talent pipelines, leadership frameworks, and strategic thinking capabilities aligned with real industry needs — not textbook models.
