I am Aswin, Co-founder and COO of ImpactX Bridge, a CSR Tech platform automating compliance and impact tracking for Indian enterprises. My operational expertise was forged during a three year tenure at Lulu Mall, Kochi, one of India’s largest retail destinations. Managing complex stakeholder relationships provided me with an "Operator’s Lens"—the ability to scale B2B systems that meet rigorous corporate standards. I bring this same "mall-to-market" rigor to the startup world, prioritizing reliability and institutional-grade professionalism.

With a B.Com degree, I ensure our startup maintains a 100% compliant Private Limited structure. I have benchmarked our current market valuation at ₹91 Lakhs based on real-world deal data. Alongside my sister, Asha Joseph (CEO), I am bridging the gap between corporate funders and on-ground impact.
