Entrepreneur with over 8 years of comprehensive startup experience, supported by a strong academic foundation including a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, and an Executive Program in Digital Marketing from IIM Jammu. My journey includes building and managing ventures from the ground up, with hands-on experience in strategy, business development, growth execution, operations, partnerships, and stakeholder management.

Alongside my entrepreneurial work, I have served as an Incubation Manager at ADIRE TBI, This role strengthened my understanding of incubation frameworks, government backed startup programs, and founder enablement, while bridging academia, industry, and entrepreneurship.

I have also contributed to national innovation initiatives as an Evaluator and Jury Member for the IDE Bootcamp by AICTE and the Smart India Hackathon 2025, evaluating startup ideas and technology solutions on feasibility, scalability, and impact.

I am now seeking to contribute my entrepreneurial insights, execution capabilities, and ecosystem experience to an organization committed to innovation and sustainable value creation.
