Sahdev Vyas is a founder-operator building Exotica Lingerie, an Indian affordable-premium intimatewear brand focused on comfort-first design and consistent fit for Indian women. He has built the business from the ground up with a strong emphasis on product quality, disciplined operations, and sustainable execution. Exotica currently generates ₹4–5 lakh in monthly revenue, operates with 1 regional distributor and 50+ offline retailers, and sells across leading marketplaces such as Myntra, Zivame, and Flipkart, along with its own D2C website.

Sahdev follows a hands-on approach across product development, sourcing, inventory planning, and distribution, enabling the business to scale in a capital-efficient manner. Notably, all revenue to date has been generated organically without paid advertising, reflecting strong product-market pull and repeat demand. His focus is on building a durable, repeat-driven consumer brand rather than short-term growth through discounts or marketing spend.

He is currently seeking a long-term strategic investment partner to accelerate distribution expansion, improve inventory velocity, and scale Exotica into a trusted national innerwear brand.
