Raizzify didn’t begin with a product idea—it began with a question:

“What do local businesses truly need to grow?”

In India, local businesses are the backbone of our economy. Salons, cafés, boutiques, clinics, and neighborhood outlets are not just commercial spaces; they are family legacies, community anchors, and livelihoods for millions. Yet, despite their importance, most technology built for them is either too complex, too generic, or disconnected from their real-world challenges.

We wanted to change that.

An 18-Month Journey Across 19+ Cities

Over the past 18 months, our team and I traveled across 19+ cities, meeting hundreds of business owners—salon professionals, café managers, boutique entrepreneurs, and service providers across multiple categories. These were not boardroom meetings; these were conversations on shop floors, at billing counters, during peak hours, and sometimes late at night after shutters closed.

What we discovered was both simple and powerful.

Local business owners are not chasing “technology” for the sake of it.
They are chasing growth, guidance, stability, and trust.
