My journey into this space began with Elite K9 Club, a pioneering holistic pet care and membership based club that worked closely with pet parents, vets, caregivers, and animal lovers long before pet tech was a thing in India. That hands-on exposure gave me a front-row seat to both the emotional bond people share with their pets and the operational chaos that defines the industry.
With a background in advertising and consumer brand building, I learned how trust and customer experience shape buying behavior. I saw a massive gap between how people value their pets and how broken the discovery, booking, and quality of pet care still is. A ₹35,000+ crore industry serving over 36 million pet parents is still running on referrals and blind faith.
Petjio exists to fix that. We are creating a single trusted platform bringing together vets, boarding, paravets, diagnostics, commerce, rescue, and NGOs with real verification and quality control, making pet care in India as easy and reliable as booking a ride.
