I am responsible for reconciliation of the general ledger and sub-ledger, identifying and researching breaks, analyzing variances, and coordinating with the control team for approvals and necessary adjustments. I regularly perform break analysis over time, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reconciliation issues using tools such as MCH.
I also handle trade and cash reconciliations, verify posted activities, and ensure all trades align with NAV percentage changes and tolerance limits. Additionally, I am involved in monthly NAV checking and reconciliation, reviewing computed NAVs, and ensuring all significant impacts are properly justified.
My role also includes monitoring subscriptions, redemptions, and reinvestment activities, as well as communicating with clients regarding exceptions and unusual transactions through emails and phone calls to ensure accurate proof and reporting.
Apart from my professional background, my hobbies include playing badminton, sketching, and dancing, which help me stay focused, creative, and energetic.
