The Opportunity

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our global network, engaging with founders, investors, and professionals across 56 cities. This is a 100% remote position designed for those who want to build a high-impact career in ecosystem management while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.
Your Responsibilities
- Engagement & Moderation: Actively engage with members in our digital communities, ensuring a positive, professional, and high-value environment.
- Network Expansion: Identify and welcome new startups and ecosystem enablers into the StartupLanes fold.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting digital events, such as Demo Days and "AMA Sessions," to drive community participation.
- Member Support: Act as the first point of contact for community queries, helping members navigate our investment and directory platforms.
- Content Distribution: Work with the branding team to share relevant thought-leadership and recruitment content within our private groups.
- Feedback Loop: Monitor community sentiment and gather insights to help our leadership team improve the user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Social & Interpersonal Excellence
- Natural ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships in a digital setting.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse community members and their needs.
- Ability to understand the "pulse" of a group and drive meaningful conversations.
2. Communication & Persuasion
- Superior verbal and written English skills for drafting community updates and responses.
- Confidence in representing the firm professionally across various digital platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex startup jargon into welcoming and inclusive language.
3. Digital Savvy & Organization
- Proficiency in managing digital community tools (WhatsApp Groups, LinkedIn, Slack, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills to track engagement metrics and member data.
- Interest in how AI can be used to scale community management and moderate content efficiently.
