Role Overview:
Lead a team of 5-10 Investment Banking Associates at StartupLanes, working directly with the Founder. Source Startups and Angel Investors, Prepare Financial Documents and Host Funding Events online and offline. We will train you from scratch in the beginning. You will be paid during the training as well.

Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising for startups across multiple sectors.
- Build advanced financial models & valuation reports.
- Create and review investor decks and IMs.
- Manage global HNI, Family Office, and VC relationships.
- Mentor analysts and interns.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years experience in IB/VC/PE/Sales/Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Finance: understanding Financial Statements.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in regular communication with customer/investor preferred.
