Your Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Outreach: Identify and reach out to high-potential candidates and visionary professionals to join our global network spanning 56 cities.
- Team Support: Assist in managing and coordinating with our professional internal teams, including members like Snehal, Priya, and Akash.
- Employer Branding: Create compelling recruitment ads and thought-leadership posts for LinkedIn to support our global outreach and branding.
- Onboarding & Culture: Be the first point of contact for new hires, "selling" our value proposition and ensuring a seamless digital integration into our remote-first culture.
- HR Analytics: Conduct deep-dive research into remote work trends and help build AI-ready skill sets across our various departments.
- Policy Assistance: Support senior HR partners in refining digital due diligence for recruitment and maintaining high professional standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Ability to understand the psychology of a team and mediate professional relationships.
2. Communication Excellence
- Superior verbal and written English skills.
- Confidence in hosting video interviews and representing the firm professionally in a digital environment.
- Ability to simplify complex HR policies into clear, supportive narratives.
3. Organizational & Digital Rigor
- Strong grip on data; ability to spot patterns in recruitment metrics.
- Critical thinking skills to assess candidate fit and identify potential risks.
- Proficiency in digital management tools and AI-driven HR platforms.
