I have varied and in-depth experience as a legal professional with a good understanding of corporate and commercial laws, contracts, arbitration, dispute resolution, property law, banking and recovery, securities law, consumer law, legal drafting and research. I have prior experience as a lawyer and legal roles working with MNCs, Lawyers, Law Firms and Companies.  

As an Independent Legal Consultant providing my legal services, I have had deep client engagement work experience on a 1-1 basis across multiple jurisdictions. Recently, I was the Legal Head for around 5 entities handling around 135 matters pertaining to their commercial and civil disputes where I have been responsible for settling disputes with financial institutions, civil matters, criminal disputes and litigation. I have had the privilege to be associated as a Legal Counsel with a Tier 1 law firm named Economic Laws Practice at New Delhi, rated law firm globally ranked amongst the top ten law firms in India (RSG Report 2019), and recognized as a top tier firm by Chambers Global, Legal 500, IFLR 1000 and Asia Law Profiles handling corporate and commercial matters before various forums. I also worked as a practicing lawyer before the High Court, Tribunals and District Courts under Trial Court Lawyer, Mr. Lohit Mahanta and Chambers of Mr. Prashant Choudhury (Sr. Retainer Counsel and Advocate General) and during my stint at Vodafone Essar Spacetel Ltd., I handled their legal and statutory compliance.  

As for my educational background, I am currently pursuing a Diploma in International Business Law, having completed a certification from HarvardX on Contract Law, a Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from National Law School of India University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from ICFAI University.    

I have always endeavoured to maintain high professional conduct and serve my clients with full transparency and effective solutions. My legal work has helped to create effective and favourable outcome for businesses and individuals and I am always learning trending and in demand subject matters on law, businesses, digital entrepreneurship and productivity and efficiency.
