Both self-worth and happiness have always been the key driving force for me to be in existence. Keep upgrading self to continue being relevant to stakeholders.
Describe some difficult leadership situations and how you managed people through them.
As an entrepreneur, we have to go through hardships many times. At times you are expected to let people go off / fire/hold even when you are unable to afford their salaries. Those tough calls truly make you the leader in actual. I remember 2-3 months before shutting down my startup, I had to sell this to a few of my key people to give their one last chance when I had no money to pay. I managed to excite them to work for the vision. Though we could not sustain the company afloat, I made sure all my guys get absorbed through my direct/indirect network.
What’s your opinion about startup Lanes
Good initiative to evangelize entrepreneurship at the grass-root level. I wish the team all the very best.
