HR Tech startup Incluzon raises bridge funding from ah! Ventures

Mumbai-based HR Tech startup, Incluzon, has raised a bridge round of funding from ah! Ventures Angel Platform. The fresh funds will be utilized to strengthen their tech and sales workforce.

Incluzon is a venture-backed technology business driven by patent-pending mathematical algorithms and models that assist students and professionals in identifying occupations best suited to their skills and hiring managers in sourcing the finest personnel for their unique needs. Since its inception, Incluzon’s methodology has been increasingly efficient, with a threefold increase in fulfillment ratio.

Incluzon raised a seed round in 2021 with involvement from notable investors such as Singapore-based Private Equity AGP Group’s partner, MD of QA Ltd, and founder members of Leena AI, Mudrex, Cloud Nine Care, Tiny Owl, Jet Learn, and Rapidbox.

“SuperCharger Ventures has picked Incluzon as they are addressing for the billion-dollar market that is insufficient talent mapping,” said Janos Barberis, Founding Member of SuperCharger Ventures. We are excited to provide the team with access to our knowledge and network to accelerate their objective.”

“Anurag Chandna, Deal Lead – Incluzon & Venture Partner – ah! Ventures stated that “Incluzon will emerge as a silent winner.” He went on to say, “The creators of Incluzon are both passionate and reasonable in their approval.” They comprehend the process of wealth generation because of their combined work experience with VC-backed startups and MNC CXO offices.”

According to Naveen Jangir, Co-founder and COO of Incluzon, “this round is primarily to grow their tech and sales team.” We are grateful to our stakeholders and clients for their confidence in Incluzon. We recognize that human resources are a responsible market area since people are a company’s most valuable asset. We will continue to provide long-term value to our customers while also running measures to guarantee that potential from underrepresented populations has equal employment opportunities.” ah! To date, Ventures has made 141 investments in 104 firms, bringing its total investment portfolio to INR 289 CR (3 MN USD), with 14 exits and 28 follow-on rounds. So far in 2022, 41 investments have been made across all three platforms.
