Depth security insurance helps MakeMyTrip to raise its funds by $200 million

Gurugram, Haryana: – India’s biggest online travel company, MakeMyTrip, confessed on Friday that they’ve raised $200 million through depth security insurance.

As of now Feb 2021, MakeMyTrip’s net worth increased to $3.18 billion, in addition to that $227.6 million will be used to invest in other sectors and companies for building more profit said CEO Rajesh Magow

MakeMyTrip announced, the principal amount of $200 will be a 0.00% convertible senior note due 2028 on Friday.
“We ended up selling the offer from a 0 percent coupon to a 37.5 percent premium as the demand for MakeMyTrip grew on good terms. ”, Magow.
