Mr. Samir Seksaria holds the esteemed position of Chief Financial Officer at Tata Consultancy Services, bringing to the table nearly two decades of invaluable experience in the IT industry. Prior to assuming the role of CFO, Mr. Seksaria served as the head of the Business Finance function at TCS. In this capacity, he demonstrated exceptional financial acumen by overseeing the financial management of the company’s individual operating units. Additionally, he played a vital role in corporate financial analytics and planning, showcasing his prowess in strategic financial management.
Commencing his career with TCS in 1999, Mr. Seksaria initially focused on consulting assignments involving regulatory compliance, M&A spin-offs, and other critical aspects. Notably, he played a key role in the success of TCS’s Initial Public Offering in 2004 and subsequently contributed to various financial transformation journeys, including simplification, streamlining processes, achieving early closures, and enhancing cash management.
Educationally, Mr. Seksaria is an alumnus of NMIMS, Mumbai, and a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Mumbai. His academic background complements his professional achievements, reflecting his commitment to excellence.
