SquadStack raised $ 5 million in funding

In a Series, A funding round led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from established investor Blume Ventures, San Francisco, and Delhi-based sales acceleration company SquadStack raised $5 million.

In order to increase their revenue conversions and funnel performance, the start-up supports businesses that sell high-ticket goods and services across industries.

In the US and India, the company will use the funds for product development and recruiting.

Apurv Agrawal, Kanika Jain, Rishabh Ladha, and Vikas Gulati founded the company in the year 2014. They deal with Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Real Estate, Technical Support, and Lead Management. The company focuses on empowering customer companies, using Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, to increase their revenue conversions and funnel quality.

The business has projected 10x growth in its customer base over the next two years because of shifts in how people work following Covid-19.

The company mainly targets edtech, fintech, e-commerce, and MedTech businesses that have seen tremendous growth since lockdown.

It has also helped companies such as Zomato, Walmart Group, Delhivery, Nestaway, Upstox, ZestMoney, and Tata Group, using a combination of data analytics, cloud computing, and a distributed workforce, drive a 5-10x increase in their funnel performance metrics.
