It is a digital trucking marketplace that enables the clients to post their load requirements and get easy truck supply with one click. Rivigo employs close to 2700 personnel in their organization. It has raised an impressive $268.7m as their funding to date, the latest being $11.4m in Nov 2020. It has covered 4000 cities with close to 200000 verified fleet owners under its belt. It is headquartered in Gurugram.

Some of its noteworthy clients include Maruti Suzuki, Hero MotoCorp, ITC, Flipkart, and Sun Pharma. The revenue for FY20 stands at $14.4 million.

Rivigo has been downloaded by more than 100000 users and has a rating of 3.4/5 on google play store.


It won’t be an exaggeration to decree that this startup is the epitome of success. Founded a decade ago i.e in 2011 by Bhavesh Manglani, Kapil Bharati, Mohit Tandon, Sahil Barua, and Suraj Saharan, this logistics company has set a benchmark for all its rivals out there. Delhivery is a supply chain services company that provides transportation, warehousing, freight, and order fulfillment services. From raising an astounding $1.2 billion as funding to employing close to 11000 direct personnel in its organization, it is helping the economy in an unprecedented way. The latest funding of Delhivery is $277 million in May 2021. It has made a handsome revenue of $400 M in FY20. Delivery is headquartered in Delhi.

It has over 1 million app downloads on the Google Playstore with a rating of 3/5.

3. Ecom express 

 Another impressive startup on the list is Ecom Express. The foundation year is 2012 and the founders are K. Satyanarayana, Manju Dhawan, Sanjeev Saxena, and T. A. Krishnan. Ecom Express is an end-to-end technology-enabled logistics solutions provider to the Indian e-commerce industry. Headquartered in Gurugram, it has a presence in all 29 states and operates in over 2400 towns across 25,000+ PIN codes in India. Ecom Express has raised a stunning $485.5 million as its funding to date, the latest being $20 million in March 2021. 

 With an impressive employee strength of close to 5150 persons, it has made an estimated $144.5 million as revenue for FY 20. Currently, it provides shipment delivery service to popular online shopping platforms like Flipkart, Amazon India, Myntra, Naaptol, Paytm, Snapdeal, Titan, Ajio, Clubfactory, Meesho, MedLife, Koovs, Nykaa, etc.

 Ecom Express app has been downloaded by 50,000 users and companies collectively, bearing a rating of 3.4/5.

4. Shiprocket

 Another rising star in the logistics sector is Shiprocket. It is an e-commerce shipping platform that enables cost-effective shipping for direct-to-consumer retailers. It was founded in the year 2017 by Gautam Kapoor, Akshay Ghulati, Saahil Goel, and Vishesh Khurana. Headquartered in Delhi, it has an employee strength of close to 350 personnel. This startup has raised over $94.1M within a short period, the latest being $41m on Jul 7, 2021. Shiprocket provides courier services to e-commerce businesses in over 220 countries and it conducts over 2 lakh shipments daily. Due to its extensive operations, Shiprocket made a fair revenue of $22 million for FY20.

 Shiprocket has been installed by 1 million users through Play Store. It has a decent rating of 4/5 as user reviews.


 Technology has changed the way logistics operations are performed and Addverb is a tech-based startup that is worth mentioning in this field. Headquartered in Noida, it specializes in consulting, warehouse automation, robotics, system integration, and software for warehouses and factories.

 Founded on Jun 24, 2016, by a diverse expert team that includes Amit Kumar, Ashu Kansal, Bir Singh, Neeraj Sharma, Prateek Jain, and Sangeet Kumar. Addverb has brought an innovation in the way warehousing operations are conducted with their hi-tech robots.

 It has total funding of $10 million which was raised in 2018 from the Indian multinational paint company, Asian Paints.

6.Pickrr technologies

 Headquartered in Gurugram, Pickrr is an on-demand first-mile logistics company. Pickrr enables a consumer to deliver a parcel at any place around the world with a few clicks, furthermore, it also takes care of the hassles of packing and picking the article. The Foundation year is 2015 and the founders are Ankit Kaushik, Gaurav Mangla, and Rhitiman Majumder. Pickrr technologies hire close to 168 employees to handle its operations. Last year, i.e. 2020, this startup raised its first-ever funding amounting to $4 million. The key investors of Pickrr are Guild Capital and Omidyar Network. Pickrr made an estimated revenue of $5 million for FY20.

 Pickrr has been installed by 1000+ users through Play Store. It has a rating of 2.3/5.

7. GoBolt

 GoBolt is a tech-based logistics startup. It operates in both Line Haul and Short Haul trucking with their fleets powered with state-of-art technology harnessing the full potential of IoT and cutting-edge algorithms. GoBolt is innovating the logistics sector through Hybrid Asset Ownership models, Cutting edge technology & Extensive Network. Headquartered in Gurugram, GoBolt was founded in 2015 by Naitik Baghla, Parag Aggarwal, and Sumit Sharma. GoBolt has an employee strength of 68 personnel. GoBolt has raised about $26.3M as funding to date and the latest funding was raised on Jun 27, 2021. Its clients include Philips, Cadbury, Panasonic, PepsiCo, and Tupperware, amongst others. GoBolt made an estimated revenue of $18 million for the FY20.

 It does not have a substantial presence on the play store because of  the nature of the work, nevertheless its app has been downloaded by more than 100 people and it has a rating of 4.5.

8. Shipsy

 Gurugram based startup, Shipsy, founded in 2015 by Dhruv Agrawal, Himanshu Gupta, and Soham Chokshi, is reducing logistics costs and improving on-time delivery of goods across ocean, air, and road transportation. Their product?

 It’s their comprehensive software suite that helps logistics and supply chain companies increase operational efficiency and service levels using actionable insights. With a team nearing 170, the startup raised around $6M million in seed funding on 25 Nov 2020. By making an estimated revenue of $17.8M for FY20 this is surely a startup to keep an eye on by the investors.

 Its app has been downloaded by more than 100K users who gave a rating of 3.6/5.

 9. Zypp Electric

Delivering goods through EV scooters is the business model of this startup. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Gurugram, Zypp Electric was founded by Akash Gupta and Rashi Gupta. Their Whole fleet is IoT and Tech-enabled, which deliver within 45 mins to cater the urgent needs.

It has an employee strength of 61 personnel and over 1000+ Zypp Pilots(Delivery executives). Zypp has total funding of $2.5 million and has landed its last funding in Nov 2019 amounting to $2 million which will bring it closer to its planet-friendly mission. The startup is headquartered in Gurugram.

 Zypp application has been downloaded by more than 10000 users. It has a rating of 4/5. 

10. Shift Karado

ShiftKarado, the expert in home shifting, car/ bike moving, and office relocation, is the domestic arm of Star WorldWide, which is a name known internationally in the fine arts movement and international shifting for over 20 years. It is a tech-oriented packing and moving company. Founded in 2015 by Atul Mithal, Ashish Mullick, Aulina Sood, and Sahil Mithal, it offers a managed, end-to-end relocation service for household goods, movables, and office assets. It currently provides its services in 13 states of India.

 In 2018, the logistics startup landed 670k from Star WorldWide Group, to boost its growth. The startup is eyeing a revenue of $6.7 million for FY21. Its head office is in Gurugram.

Shiftkarado’s google app has been installed by over 10000 users and it has a rating of 3/5.
