I am Abhishek Kulshrestha, Army veteran (Sena Medal), IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, and a Supply Chain & Operations leader with 22 years across Amazon India, Flipkart, RPG Group and two CEO stints in air cargo and freight tech. At KEC(RPG), I worked in the core team alongside McKinsey for Organizational transformation targeting profitable Project Management. At Amazon I built and scaled last-mile networks across North India — models that were later adopted globally. At Flipkart I ran a ₹1,000 Cr 3PL cost centre. Most recently led a ₹471 Cr cargo terminal business at Delhi Cargo service centre at Delhi Airport and Organizational transformation in Hans Infomatic , an ERP firm. In Freight forwarding/Air cargo sector.
I am currently exploring consulting or mentoring opportunities preferably in Delhi NCR — Supply Chain Head, Head of Logistics & Transportation, VP/SVP Operations, or BPO/GCC Operations roles — particularly where inventory optimisation, cost efficiency, network design, or business transformation are central to the agenda.
