Adarsh Ravi is the Founder and CEO of Compas Now, a company he built from the ground up out of Kochi, Kerala, where he continues to be based today.
Before starting Compas Now, Adarsh worked in banking. That experience shaped how he approaches business today — a preference for discipline, close attention to numbers, and a bias toward proving things out before scaling them.
When it came time to build Compas Now, Adarsh made a deliberate choice: rather than raising outside capital first, he self-funded the company's early months himself with his Friends and Family . This meant carrying the financial risk personally in the earliest, most uncertain phase of the business, choosing to establish conviction in the model on his own terms before bringing in external investors. It's a founder-led approach — building first, then fundraising, rather than the reverse.
Today, as Founder and CEO, Adarsh continues to lead the company he started, based out of Kochi. Currently Expanding Compas NOW to National Level . Adarsh Believes in Proof before Scale .
