I am building Kime, a modern martial arts brand rooted in the legacy of the Seigo-Kai Karate-Do Association of India. Our vision is to transform a massive, fragmented grassroots market into an accessible, aspirational, and structured national pipeline. We achieve this by integrating authentic training, localized distribution partnerships across schools and housing societies, and premium consumer experiences.Unlike traditional fitness models that struggle with high consumer churn, Kime leverages the built-in, multi-year retention loop of the traditional belt grading system. By connecting raw grassroots participation directly to official selection and tournament pathways, we are standardizing the sport across India and establishing a clear distribution lock on the market from day zero.My execution framework is backed by three years at S&P Global working across financial markets, compliance, and data operations. This institutional background built my expertise in process engineering and capital-efficient operational excellence. I am now applying these exact analytical models to professionalize independent operators and drive the expansion of our regional sports network.
