I spend most of my time on two problems: how to make AI actually work inside an organization and deliver real value, and how to build compliance programs that accelerate growth instead of slowing it down.

Before Atari, I served as CTO at ThrivePass and spent 7+ years on the executive team. I scaled the company from early stage to mid-market SaaS, grew the team to 200+ employees, built the India office from zero to 100+ people, led the organization through four enterprise compliance audit programs (HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS, GDPR), and architected two new high-margin SaaS products that became meaningful revenue lines. SOC 2 Type II alone unlocked enterprise deals.

I have come to believe that the best technology leaders spend as much time on organizational alignment as on technology itself. Projects succeed when the right teams rally around the right outcome. The same principle shows up in compliance: at scale, it is 80% organizational and 20% technical, and most leaders get that ratio backwards.
