At Vodafone, Reliance Communications, Aircel, and Tata Teleservices, I had the opportunity to build and scale large distribution networks—managing P&L, driving subscriber growth, and leading teams across diverse geographies.
Those years taught me one critical lesson:
Scale doesn’t come from strategy alone. It comes from execution on the ground. The next phase was about evolution.
Moving into education with Times Professional Learning and later Expertrons and Imarticus Learning, the problem statement changed—but the core remained: How do you create access at scale?
