Entrepreneur with 13+ years of hands-on experience in the Hospitality industry, having built and operated Cafes and Restaurants. Through this journey, I experienced first-hand the most persistent problem faced by micro and small businesses in India, Hiring, Verifying, and Retaining reliable workers. This insight led to the creation of Kaamhai, a workforce infrastructure platform designed for the unorganised sector. Kaamhai goes beyond resumes and job listings by enabling verified hiring, worker profiles, work history, and post-hiring workforce management, solving attrition and accountability issues that traditional platforms fail to address. Currently focused on building a scalable, tech-enabled solution for MSMEs, migrant workers, and service businesses across India, starting with hospitality and allied sectors.
