I’m Ashwani Singh, a B.Tech engineer from a middle-class family where dreams were often limited by circumstances — but I chose to break that boundary and build one of my own.
My journey started with struggles — scoring 54% in 12th, rejected by 20+ interviews, and watching my father sacrifice his comfort for my education. Still, I refused to give up. I completed my B.Tech with 84%, joined Magnum MI Steel Pvt. Ltd., and later Vivo, but I always felt destined for something beyond a monthly salary.
Then, I joined a toy manufacturing startup for just ₹7,000. That small opportunity turned into my biggest classroom — teaching me the art of production, design, and leadership. Within 4 years, I became General Manager, handling development, tooling, and automation.
But one thing stood out — India’s dependence on imported PU wheels. That gap became my mission.
In September 2023, with my salary savings and no external funds, I started building India’s first integrated PU wheel manufacturing unit — designed to meet BIS and SMETA standards, with complete in-house design, tooling, and LED light integration.
By February 2025, I left my job to focus full-time. Within 4 months, we achieved ₹16 lakh in sales, and since then, we’ve been growing consistently — averaging ₹4 lakh in monthly revenue.
We’ve developed customized PU wheels, optimized production from 12 hours to 30 minutes, and set up a 2.5 crore infrastructure completely self-funded.
