I'm Ashwin, founder of Talentscope — an AI-powered hiring proctor that makes IT hiring scalable and reliable. After seeing how resumes and unmonitored screens let unqualified, and sometimes dishonest, candidates slip through, I set out to fix evaluation at the source: Talentscope runs a proctored interview for every applicant, so teams assess everyone on the same bar and surface the people genuinely worth advancing. Over the last decade I've worked across engineering, recruiting, and product — at companies like Amazon and Flipkart, as well as earlier-stage startups — and that experience convinced me that trustworthy hiring shouldn't depend on luck or gut feel. It also showed me that integrity and scale don't have to be a trade-off: with the right system, you can give every candidate a fair, identical shot and still move fast when hundreds apply for a single role.
