Avinash Singh is Co-founder and CEO of Northstarz.Ai, where he leads business, go-to-market and international growth. He brings 20+ years in technology solution sales, primarily enterprise telecom software across BSS and billing, loyalty platforms and network solutions, with companies including SunTec, Lumata, Ushacomm and blackNgreen. He has sold across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, working with telecom operators and large enterprises through long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. His career covers both sides of the work: closing deals as an individual contributor, and building and leading teams that launched and scaled new B2B and B2C digital businesses. At Northstarz he runs the entire GTM cycle himself, from outbound and demos to pilots and closure, with one SDR supporting him. That lean motion has taken the company through 200+ pilots to paying enterprise customers including Mahindra Logistics and ACFL, with recent wins in the UK and Singapore. Northstarz today is aggressive in it's vision to become the global go-to platform for agentic recruitment for enterprises.
