We are now focused on expanding our presence in the fast-growing Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and RESCO segments, with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and strategic partnerships. To accelerate this growth, we are seeking a strategic investment of ₹50 crore in exchange for 25% equity. The investment will be used to expand our RESCO asset portfolio, strengthen working capital, scale operations across India, and enhance project execution capabilities. We are looking to partner with venture capital firms, private equity investors, family offices, and strategic investors who share our vision of building a leading clean energy company in India.
