At the same time, offline sellers already carry high-quality SKUs and enjoy strong local trust, but lack an effective online channel

Macro-wise, ecommerce is ~8% of GMV in India vs ~20% globally.

We’ve built a horizontal platform that enables trusted offline retailers to sell their existing high-quality non-FMCG SKUs online to nearby buyers, transferring local trust into ecommerce.
A single region breaks even at ~2.5% market share (~370 orders/day).
