With 25+ years in Organisational Psychology, HR leadership, and Global operations in APAC,EMEA and NAM regions, I’ve worked with high-stress teams across international markets, supporting 17,000+ employees in fast-paced environments.

My focus is simple: reduce costly decision mistakes, fix team dysfunction early, and prevent burnout from killing execution.

I don’t work with many founders at a time, but when I do, it’s usually because something critical is starting to break—decision clarity, team stability, or execution under pressure. My work is focused on helping founders avoid costly mistakes during high-stress growth phases and fixing internal issues before they impact the business.
