With 24+ years in BFSI, I have consistently scaled distribution-led lending ecosystems across secured, unsecured, and embedded finance models.
Currently, as Vice President at Fino Payments Bank, I am leading the build-out of its asset portfolio as the organization transitions into a Small Finance Bank — setting up lending strategy, partnerships, and scalable distribution architecture from zero to scale.
