With KANJI+, Hitesh is now building India’s first convenient traditional probiotic shot brand — converting homemade kanji into 80ml fermented shots for modern urban consumers. The brand is built around a clear consumer gap: kanji has strong social awareness and 100M+ impressions through health influencers, doctors and wellness creators, but it is difficult, messy and inconsistent to make at home.
