I am a technology and business leader with more than 18 years of experience in IT service delivery, global support operations, application support, customer service management, process improvement and digital transformation. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, managed business-critical services, worked with senior stakeholders, and helped organizations improve service quality, operational efficiency and customer experience through structured processes and technology.
Over the years, I developed a strong interest in solving practical business problems using technology rather than technology for its own sake. This eventually led me into entrepreneurship and product building. I am currently the Founder & CEO of Rectru by Mendzys Inc. an AI-powered hiring platform focused on simplifying the fragmented recruitment process by bringing sourcing, screening, interviewing and shortlisting into one connected workflow. My vision is to make enterprise-level hiring automation accessible and affordable for SMBs and growing companies.
